- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
To make the keto chili, heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook the beef until it is browned and the onion is softened.
