Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 cups of ricotta cheese
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound of sliced deli meat, such as turkey or ham
- 1/2 cup of sugar-free marinara sauce
To prepare the lasagna, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, heavy cream, egg, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with a layer of sliced deli meat, followed by a layer of the cheese mixture. Repeat this process until all of the ingredients are used up, making sure to end with a layer of cheese on top.
Bake the lasagna for 35-40 minutes, or until it is hot and bubbly. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
