Cauliflower Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To prepare the cauliflower, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the cauliflower into individual florets and toss them with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.

Wrap each floret in a slice of bacon and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cauliflower is tender. Serve immediately and enjoy!
