Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1/2 pound corned beef, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/2 head of cabbage, cored and sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to make Keto Beef Stew

To prepare the dish, start by heating the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted and the oil is hot, add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until it is softened.

Next, add the corned beef, cabbage, beef broth, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine, and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the corned beef is heated through.

Once the corned beef and cabbage is cooked, divide it evenly between two plates and serve it immediately. Enjoy!
