Garlic Rosemary Pork Chops

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

To make the garlic rosemary pork chops, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops to the skillet and cook them for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.

Add the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook the pork chops for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant and the pork chops are well coated with the rosemary mixture.

Serve the garlic rosemary pork chops hot, garnished with fresh rosemary, if desired. Enjoy!
