- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
To make the cheesy bacon ranch chicken, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and top each one with a slice of bacon. In a small bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spoon the cheese mixture over the top of the bacon-topped chicken breasts.
Bake the cheesy bacon ranch chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve the chicken hot, garnished with fresh herbs, if desired. Enjoy!
