BLT Burgers

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

To prepare the burgers, preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape into patties. Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides.

Cook the patties on the grill or grill pan for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it is crispy.

To assemble the burgers, spread mayonnaise on the top and bottom halves of each hamburger bun. On the bottom bun, add a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a cooked burger patty, and two slices of bacon. Top with the top bun and serve immediately. Enjoy!
