Cajun Parmesan Salmon

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To prepare the salmon, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and top each one with 1 tablespoon of butter. In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

Bake the salmon for 10-12 minutes, or until it is cooked to your desired level of doneness. Serve immediately and enjoy!
