Keto Burger Buns

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 3 large eggs

To prepare the buns, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the melted butter and eggs, and mix until a smooth dough forms.

Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each into a round bun shape. Place the buns on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and firm to the touch.
