Keto Chili

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

To make the keto chili, heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook the beef until it is browned and the onion is softened.

Stir in the bell pepper, tomato, beef broth, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer the chili for 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the flavors have combined.

Serve the keto chili hot, garnished with fresh herbs or a dollop of sour cream, if desired. Enjoy!
