Keto Meatloaf

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

To make the keto meatloaf, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and egg until well combined. Stir in the almond flour, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

Shape the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a small baking dish.

Bake the keto meatloaf in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until it is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Serve the keto meatloaf hot, garnished with fresh herbs, if desired. Enjoy!
