Keto Pork Chops

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 2 pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

To prepare the pork chops, season them on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard to the skillet and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for a few minutes, or until it has thickened slightly.

Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
