- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 large lettuce leaves
To make the keto taco cups, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook the beef until it is browned and the onion is softened. Stir in the taco seasoning.
Divide the ground beef mixture evenly between 2 large lettuce leaves, placing it in the center of each leaf. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the beef mixture, then top with a dollop of sour cream and some chopped fresh cilantro.
