Philly Cheesesteak Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1/2 pound sliced beef sirloin
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons diced pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 2 large lettuce leaves

To make the Philly cheesesteak lettuce wraps, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the beef sirloin, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook the beef and vegetables until they are browned and tender.

Stir the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and diced jalapeno peppers into the beef and vegetable mixture.

Divide the beef and cheese mixture evenly between 2 large lettuce leaves, placing it in the center of each leaf. Fold the lettuce leaves over the filling to form wraps, and serve the Philly cheesesteak lettuce wraps immediately. Enjoy!
