Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
To make the Tuscan butter shrimp, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook them for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and cooked through.
Add the minced garlic, parsley, basil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook the shrimp for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant and the shrimp are well coated with the herb and lemon mixture.
